DELIVERY TERMS
Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after bank confirmation. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to the elonakozmetik.com shipping warehouse, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 business days.

All of the products you choose will be delivered to the delivery address by our contracted cargo companies or, in cases where you cannot be reached, at the cargo company's branch.
You will be notified of the products you have purchased via a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be notified of the first date the product will be in stock.
